From concept and mold development to sampling, sealing trials, printing and QA/QC inspection, each step is planned around your food application and supply requirements.

Mold design, production and maintenance
Application concept and product development support
Sampling and prototype development
Lamination and sealing trials
Offset and flexographic printing
Inspection, testing and lab checks
Dimension and capacity checks
QA/QC inspection and batch consistency checks
Share the food, dimensions, capacity, compartments and equipment constraints. We can discuss an existing format, a modified design or a custom development route.
01
Review the shape, lid arrangement, fill level and food journey before preparing a sample brief.
02
Discuss mold design, sampling needs and the parts of the specification that remain open.
03
Agree the food and handling conditions for the trial, record results and identify any design adjustments.
For lined or sealed formats, describe the barrier objective and lidding setup. Sample trials should cover the real food, storage conditions and intended equipment.
Discuss embossed logos, printed paperboard, sleeves, retail packaging and outer cartons. Share artwork, packing quantities and proof requirements so these can be reviewed with the product specification.
Keep the approved artwork, sample, material and packing references together. Changes to color, format or lining should be reviewed before the next order so the finished range stays consistent.
We can help align product design, material choice, printing and repeat-order planning.
Optimize SKUs and inventory pressure
Support transition from all-plastic packaging to fiber-based alternatives
Combine product, printing and packaging support in one sourcing path
